ROLE

This is a pro-active role, taking responsibility for placing teachers into short term and temporary contracts into Schools needing Teaching support staff, in the Locations stated. You will focus on building strong relationships with schools and teachers. You will be confident and capable of conducting business both face to face and via the telephone. You will be taking over a warm desk that is already hitting its targets.

We are recruiting for a recruitment consultant who is able to provide excellent customer service to our clients and candidates.

As a consultant you will be responsible for developing new business through telephone and face to face sales activity and developing and maintaining new and existing business relationships.

This is a very target orientated environment where you will be monitored on the amount of sales calls made, number of bookings / placements made and the number of client meetings you attend, also giving you the autonomy to run your desk.

To attract and retain an adequate pool of suitable teaching staff you will need to advertise, run promotional activities, utilise existing resources within the office and ensure regular contact is maintained.

Once you have identified your teaching staff you will then need to ensure an in depth interview is held to identify the candidates' needs. Thus ensuring you are able to make an exact match to your clients' requirements.

Your primary objective would be to develop your business by growing your client and candidate base weekly.

The successful applicant will have a proven track record of success in recruitment or sales and be able to build and develop strong relationships. You will be determined, enthusiastic, motivated and able to communicate effectively at all levels.

You will be an Experienced Recruitment Consultant ideally within the Education Sector
You will have Excellent Sales Skills and New Business and Account Management Skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Stable employment record
Confident, outgoing and motivated by money and success!
Hold a Full UK Driving Licence
