Expanding specialist recruitment agency is looking to secure a customer focused team player who would be capable of contacting established database of qualified professionals within their market to generate new registrations by marketing business opportunities to candidates, updating and maintaining the database.
This will be attainable by contacting candidates by telephone and email to establish current work status, working to agreed KPI’s (key performance indicators), marketing vacancies and benefits to candidates contacted via the database, generating candidate leads for registration, matching candidates to vacancies out of hours and submitting candidate details on-line, inputting candidate details on database, validating candidate information, completing follow up calls to candidates from leads, placing vacancy information/ updates onto relevant websites, researching competitor activity with candidates including pay rates, training and benefits, dealing with incoming calls and emails, producing statistical data and management information as required, attend company events as requested, including out of business hours functions and any other duties as required by the client from time to time
Strong MS skills are essential including database applications. Customer service background is required and having an understanding of the Recruitment industry would be beneficial. Telemarketing skills would be desirable.
Clear and articulate telephone manner, ability to communicate confidently with professional candidates, able to deal proactively with negative feedback, able to work on own initiative, able to work as part of a team, task orientated, ability to work with minimal supervision and ability to work to agreed targets is all essential.
