Description		JAM Recruitment is looking for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our highly successful and expanding Contracts division. We offer a competitive salary and uncapped commission structure with one of the best incentives and bonus packages available in the recruitment market. This is a fantastic opportunity to break into recruitment with a company that can offer excellent commission and the opportunity to earn �20,000 - �30,000 in the first year (and where the top biller earns �150k a year!!!!) In addition to the great commission structure we offer additional incentives, such as weekends away to Europe, lunches at exclusive worldwide restaurants and company cars ranging from Citroens to Porsches, to name but a few. We are looking for ambitious, driven, self-motivated people with a positive attitude, a great personality and not afraid of hard work! You must have a successful sales or telesales background. Needless to say, you will have an excellent telephone manner and attitude when it comes to business-to-business sales and have the ability to hold credible conversations with busy senior decision-makers!
