Account Manager with RPO Experience

Working within our Major Accounts Team you'll play a key role working on major multi national accounts. You'll take ownership for timely delivery of recruitment solutions for world leading high tech organisations, working on very active accounts. This will include extensive client management.

We're looking for someone who will also get involved with new business development and bring new Accounts on board. There is significant business opportunity available within Major Accounts and we require excellent delivery skills as all recruitment needs must be satisfied by our service. This role may well therefore suit someone from an RPO background and in the near future there may well be opportunities with our sister company RPO Solutions.

Skills/Experience:
· Strong, proven, permanent recruitment experience - ideally in IT or Engineering
. Experience of opening new accounts / new business development
· High achiever
· Used to working in pressurised environments.
