Description		Due to growth our privately owned IT Recruitment client that were established in 1999 are looking to appoint a Senior IT Recruitment Consultant / IT Recruitment Team Leader. As the ideal person you�ll demonstrate 2 � 3 years plus experience in the IT Recruitment industry where you have achieved an unblemished billing record in either Contract IT Recruitment or Permanent IT Recruitment. The role will involve you joining our client to initially support two junior IT Recruitment consultants that work a new business role. You�ll be required to lead from the front and cultivate your desk from scratch in your chosen vertical market or specialist area. Our clients are looking for someone with the ability to motivate, mentor there team to achieve results. About you:- you�ll need to be an incredibly enthusiastic and driven recruitment professional who is happy to look at a 100% new business focused role.
