Due to expansion, this Global company requires a highly experienced Senior HR Adviser to join their busy HR team.

This role is very broad based and offers an excellent opportunity to join a progressive and rapidly expanding company.

Reporting to the HR Manager, you will provide a comprehensive HR service to all levels of employee.
You will have strong Employee Relations experience and be a confident and influential communicator.

The pace is fast and and you will require to work with a variety of projects simultaneously as well as day to day operational HR.

You will be supported by an HR Adviser and an HR Administrator and will be responsible for managing them and realising their potential.

As the role is based south of Edinburgh, a car and full driving licence are essential.

CIPD qualification an advantage but most importantly is a successful HR career in a fast paced, commercial environment.
