Job Title		Quality Assurance Administrator

Description		To assist in the preparation, organisation and operation of the Institute's internal and external quality assurance processes, including: - Reviewing, editing and publishing of regulations and course handbooks - Uploading course handbooks and regulations to the University's Intranet and Website - Organising Appeals Panels and Academic Misconduct Panels. - Preparing Committee papers - Organising meetings - Providing administrative support to Quality, Standards and Assessment staff as appropriate. - Any other duties commensurate with the grade of the post. The successful candidate needs to have: - Experience of working in an office or administration environment - Experience of customer service - Experience of reviewing and editing documents in respect of context and style/format - Good verbal and written communication skills and a polite telephone manner - Good interpersonal skills - Experience of publishing documents and Web Pages on the Internet

Contract length		Approx 3 Mths

Salary/rate		�13/hour ?20k-?25k Per Annum
