This is a live very warm desk, so you will inherit ongoing clients and candidates. You will be placing Nursery Nurses and teaching assistants across a large geographical patch.

Ideal applicant will come from a temp recruitment environment, such as education, construction recruitment, technical recruitment or engineering. A driving license would be beneficial as this is often a client-facing role.

Candidates should be comfortable dealing with public sector organisations - the hard sell is not required here, but tenacity, professionalism and the ability to take a tenuous lead and turn it into a vacancy is.
