Based in Bristol, this leading service group has an urgent need for a HR Manager on a 6 month contract with a strong possibility of the role becoming permanent.
Reporting to the HR Director and supervising the HR team, you will provide generalist HR advice across the whole remit of HR including policy & Procedure, resourcing, employee relations and performance management. In addition you'll be involved in developing and implementing HR strategy and training projects to meet the needs of a growing business. This is a challenging and varied role for a business-focused and versatile HR professional, who is seeking more autonomy and career development.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 18 months HR management experience in a generalist role within a commercial environment. You will need to be hands on, able to establish credible relationships quickly, have strong organisational skills and the ability to work under pressure.
