Parkhouse Bell Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Employer Relationship Manager for our client who is a leading training provider.

This role is ideal for self starters who have a sales background and are keen to hit the ground running working closely with employers to gain vacancies and work placement opportunities for our unemployed customers. You will quickly build relationships with local employers and match employer needs to customer requirements in order to deliver the Employer Engagement Strategy and a high level of job outcomes. Reporting to the ERM Team Leader with a dotted line to the Business Manager, you will have excellent verbal and written communication skills and will be an artful influencer and negotiator. The successful candidates will be able to demonstrate how over 2-4 years of relevant experience they have been able to build effective business relationships with internal and external customers and have met and exceeded stretching targets whilst maintaining a quality of delivery. If you have experience of employer engagement, marketing and selling in a recruitment/HR or other service environment then this could be the role for you.

Salary is paying £20,000 - £21,000 per annum plus company bonus.
