Location - Birmingham, West Midlands

Salary - Circa 17000

Benefits - 25 days holiday, pension.


The Company:
An established market leader in their industry with an instantly recognisable brand name, this organisation has modern headquarters based in North Birmingham, offering excellent facilities and extensive free parking.


The Role:
Reporting into the Human Resources Manager you will be responsible for providing administrative support within the Human Resources function with duties to include:
- Dealing with the coordination of leavers and new starters
- Assisting with general Human Resources queries
- Managing sickness claims
- Absence reporting and attending absence management meetings
- Maintaining personnel information
- Recruitment administration
- Preparing reports, letters, etc
- Collection, opening and distribution of post
- Project based work as requested

Hours of work are 8.30 - 4.45 Monday to Thursday and 8.30 - 3.30 Friday. Salary circa 17,000


The Successful Candidate:

To be considered for this role you must have the following skills and experience:
- Previous experience in a fast moving HR department
- Ability to use Excel, Word and PowerPoint (applicants will be tested on this)
- Strong mathematical ability and literacy skills
- Current, clean driving licence
- Minimum qualifications are 5 GCSE passes grade C or equivalent, to include English and Maths

The company is located in North Birmingham, located near the M6 and M42 so it can be easily reached by car from Birmingham, Sutton Coldfield, Solihull, Wolverhampton, Walsall, Cannock, Lichfield, Tamworth and Coventry.

PLEASE NOTE - Screening tests will form part of the application process so you will be required to attend an appointment at the Birmingham office of ASC Connections.
