We have an opportunity for a trainee recruitment consultant with excellent earning potential. Previous experience in sales and educated to graduate level is desirable but not essential (all successful applicants undergo a comprehensive four week training programme). The successful candidate will recruit into social care placements and the role will involve:

• Taking ownership of a market sector and developing existing business relationships.
• Telephone based sales and marketing to bring in new business and increase activity within given market sector.
• Advertising positions across a range of media.
• Interviewing prospective candidates and submitting for vacancies.
• Gathering information and building a specialist knowledge of your allocated market.

The role is demanding but rewarding and offers an uncapped commission scheme (OTE £28k in the first year). Genuine career progression into management roles.
