My client is a well respected national company based north of Norwich and they have an exciting opportunity for two Recruitment Officers to join them on a temp-to-perm basis. This role is an immediate vacancy; therefore you will need to be available to start work ASAP.

The role will incorporate all aspects of the internal recruitment process for sales personnel nationally; including conducting pre-screening telephone interviews and scheduling interviews with a local manager. You will need to maintain a confident, enthusiastic approach over the phone and influence the people you’re discussing the roles with.

Following on from this the successful candidate will be co-ordinating advertising, collating eligibility paperwork, working to consistently achieve recruitment targets for various UK regions, updating web based recruitment content and monitoring new starters’ performance. Due to the nature of the role you will be required to have a flexible attitude to working hours, with some later finishes with time off in lieu.

Essential Skills & Attributes
* Outgoing, enthusiastic and positive attitude
* Available immediately and looking for an temp-to-perm career opportunity
* Ability to work methodically and meet tight deadlines
* A good eye for detail
* Self-motivated and good at influencing people
* Prepared to go the extra mile
* Confident, persuasive and professional communicator – especially over the phone
* Good initiative
* Able to work in a pressured environment
* Keen to strive to achieve recruitment targets
* Proactive team player
* Calm under pressure
* IT literate, including Excel and PowerPoint
* Basic knowledge of employment legislation would be an advantage
* Own transport would be an advantage due to the location of this role and extended hours outside of public transport coverage
* Previous call centre or recruitment based experience would also be an advantage
