Joining as a trainee you will receive full training and development, and will initially tackle sourcing and resourcing high calibre candidates for new and existing vacancies, you will manage existing accounts and work closely with key clients in the market, building up to business development and winning new accounts. Covering the IT sector you will be placing candidates at various levels with salaries up to £50K+ on a perm and contract basis, with full support available in building your desk and network in order for you to maximise revenue and progress your career.

As an experienced sales professional you can come from a B2B sales environment (minimum of 3 years experience), with a stable career history and an exceptional track record. You will be driven, tenacious and money-hungry, with a professional approach, a fantastic telephone manner and strong ambition, as well as demonstrating a solid work ethic and a desire to succeed.
