As part of our continued growth, we now have a rare opportunity to join our growing company in the Exeter office. We are looking for experienced consultants within the specialisms/sectors above.
As an Interaction employee, you will work alongside our experienced consultants and managers from the start and will become proficient in all aspects of this role including Permanent, Temporary and Contracts roles. As you grow in this role you will be managing assignments from inception to completion, responsibilities will also include:-
• Interviewing potential candidates
• Matching and placing them as appropriate
• Increase new business and develop existing business
• Meeting financial targets
• Ensuring the delivery of a high quality service to customers
• Attracting new candidates through marketing activities/initiatives
• Calculating fees
• Keeping clients/candidates informed
• Dealing with customers via the telephone in an efficient and professional manner
• Ensuring systems/procedures are kept up to date
• Attending client meetings
You will be a highly motivated person with the desire to build a career within this sector.
We are seeking a consultant who can sell through service, achieved by forging strong relationships with clients and maintain business relationships with the highest standard of service. You will thrive within a sales environment and be able to demonstrate dedication and willingness to go the extra mile. You will need to be Diplomatic, Energetic, Adaptable, Presentable, Trustworthy, Honest and Sharp.
Your key attributes are:
• Minimum 12 months Recruitment experience (all sectors considered)
• Strong relationship building skills
• Knowledge of job boards and networking tools
• Excellent resourcing skills
• The ability to get on with people and an ability to influence them
• Strong business development skills
• An eye for detail, process driven
• A good sense of humour
• A "team player"
• Proactive, direct approach to recruitment
