Our client is an Accountancy & Finance recruitment firm which is going through an exciting expansion plan so is looking to take on consultants in 3 offices, Bolton, Blackburn and Preston. Although it would be useful if you had A&F experience, this is certainly not a necessity at all and they will fully cross train from any other sector. It is more important that they find the right people, you will have a good track record in New Business Development and have been in a full 360 degree recruitment role so you can help in pushing the business forward. You will have a can do attitude and be a go getter who doesn't wait for the work to come to you, but will be enthusiastic and sparky and money hungry because there is a lot of money to be made in this firm, it really is going places.
