A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR Administrator to work within this large organisation based in Edinburgh.

Working within an HR Service Centre you will be assisting with the administration of a HR & Benefits service to the company. This is a varied position that will involve working within agreed timescales and SLA's.

You will be required to support the delivery of the HR & Benefits Administration service including new hire, probationary and reference processing, general data management and termination processing. You will assist with enquiries by telephone an email and operate as an effective team member by assisting others in the team and department where necessary.

You will have previous experience of working within a HR administration role and will have a good working knowledge of Excel, Word and Outlook. You will have the ability to communicate effectively both written and verbally, and will have strong organisational skills. Experience of PeopleSoft would be an advantage.

Please note that this is a part time position working from 8.30am - 1.00pm.
