Recruitment Consultant - £18,000 to £22,000 + OTE

Due to their continued success our client is urgently looking for a new addition to their team. They are a successful recruitment agency within a specialist sector and this role would ideally suit a consultant with a commercial background.

The main purpose of this role will be to ensure profitable running of the agency business through sales, marketing and recruitment.

Key Responsibilities

• To generate new business and service existing users via the telephone and face-to-face sales activity.
• To actively build and maintain a satisfactory pool of candidates.
• To maintain and maximise existing business potential.
• To exploit potential business opportunities including leads and referrals.
• To make client service calls to consolidate the relationship and monitor the service provided.
• To secure business by way of company visits when required.
• To attract quality candidates through planned strategy including advertising and promotional activities.

To be considered for this role you should have experience of working in a fast paced recruitment or sales environment managing your own desk.
