CIPD Qualified HR Officer required for Telford based manufacturing company offering an annual salary of between £20,620 - £23,430.
Human Resources Officer - Duties to include:
+ Control workload and co-ordinate recruitment activities through day to day control. Meet Service levels, department and company KPIs.
+ Monitor and control the supply of temporary labour.
+ Support Human Resources Specialist/Manager with ad hoc Human Resource projects.
+ Involvement in disciplinary matters up to the final stage procedure and to offer guidance and support to HR and Company in disciplinary issues.
+ Ensure that company policies and Employment Law is followed with regard to recruitment and training issues.
+ To conduct training internally relating to recruitment and employment law.
+ Responsible for compilation and achievement of Section Plan/Budgets.
The ideal Human Resourses Officer will have the following:
+ CIPD qualified.
+ Knowledge of Employment Law.
