Our client based in Hatfield is currently seeking an experienced HR Administrator/Assistant to join their busy HR Team in Hatfield to support with ongoing projects and the day-to-day administration.
Main Responsibilities and Duties:
- General HR Administration
- Note taking at meetings and ability to type up other people notes to a very high standard
- Maintenance and provision of HR data including sickness absence, disciplinaries, starters, leavers ect
- Assisting with queries where possible and escalating where appropriate
- Maintenance of personnel records
- Communicating and liasing with on site management relating to HR tasks
- Recruitment and induction paperwork
Person Specification:
The successful applicant will possess HR administration/assistant experience with excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
It is essential that you possess:
- Excellent administration skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Be a strong team player
- Be extremely accurate
