In order to support the next phase of growth they are looking to appoint a Senior Consultant into the Supply Chain Practice.

Reporting to the Head of Supply Chain the ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering on a mix of retained and contingency work with established clients as well as developing new business. Many of the current consultants began their careers in Procurement or Supply Chain and have a very credible profile amongst clients which helps to secure retained work at the senior level and allow for a thorough and clear understanding of the wider business issues facing their Clients.

Internal training and development is also given a clear priority, and to support this, the business has a dedicated consultant tasked with ensuring development opportunities for all consultants are identified and a career development plan is put in place. Teamwork is also crucial, there is no exclusive candidate ownership and team targets are an important part of the remuneration mix. The business also has a thriving Interim team working closely with the Permanent consultants and cross selling of services is encouraged at all levels.

As well as a competitive basic salary there is an individual bonus and team bonus.
