Are you an SAP HR professional, capable of project managing transformation life cycles of various modules? Are you security cleared or have lived and worked in the UK for a minimum of 5 years?

The Background

Global organisation, synonymous with an innovative approach and high delivery levels, is currently seeking to recruit a SAP HR Functional Consultant to support the business through a large-scale period of transformation.

The Responsibilities

Reporting directly to the Global Project Manager, you will help form the structure and support the large-scale implementation of the new SAP HR system.

Working as part of an Implementation Team, you will offer a business facing service to large business groups in the streamlining of processes, improvement of data quality and managing requests and decision-making on improving the functionality of SAP HR.

You will manage resources for system testing requirements and ensure upgrades are executed correctly. Ensure Delivering training to personnel following system implementation. You will lead on the HR functional points of all information systems projects from needs analysis through to ‘go live’

The Professional

The successful candidate will be an experienced SAP HR transformation professional with excellent change management and implementation experience. You will have helped develop and initiate change across large business areas within a customer or business-facing role. You will be an effective team player with strong communication skills and the ability to work autonomously when required. You must either be SC, or have lived and worked in the UK for a minimum for 5 years.
