£18,000 - £28,000 plus commission at 15% to 20% of billings plus possible profit related pay

SER Limited (Solutions Eng. Recruitment Limited) is an established niche market recruiter. We are currently operating in four main areas including Building Services, Energy & Environmental, New Media and Building & Electrical controls.

Our business is based on empowerment, reward and development. Our aim is to allow all our recruitment consultants to progress into senior positions within the company. We are looking for individuals who want to run their own team of consultants, individuals who want to manage their own recruitment company, individuals who want to be successful and individuals who want to see hard work rewarded.

Our structure allows consultants to progress from team members to divisional managers with the responsibility of divisional profit and loss control, recruitment, consultant management and section growth, in return you would become entitled to our profit related pay scheme which is payable per annum based on the divisional performance.
