Our client is looking to strengthen their teams of Recruitment consultants and is looking for dynamic, articulate individuals, who are persuasive and competitive. Previous industry sector experience isn't a must, simply the right attitude and a desire to succeed. Our client really looks for people with a need to earn money who are truly tenacious. Raw graduates will be considered as will those with a proven sales background (good sales people can be moulded into great recruitment consultants) or existing recruiters with a proven billing record.

Uncapped commission and realistic car-targets are coupled with some of the most generous performance-related bonuses in the recruitment industry. Basic Salary £16k – £18k dep on location
Ote £80k - £120k (£80k is achievable in year 1)
