Following a recent restructure across this area of the business, you’ll be responsible for devising a development plan to up skill tutors. You’ll also support this area of the organisation in achieving its business objectives through the provision of learning and development plans.

You must come from the education sector with experience devising a development plan to up skill tutors. With a certificate in Training and development or equivalent you’ll have experience designing and writing bespoke training programmes.

You must have flexibility to travel and will be covering their sites in North Wales, Somerset and Northumberland.
