Job title: Graduate Trainee Consultant
Salary £18K + commission

Our Technical/Engineering division is expanding and we are looking for a Graduate Trainee Consultant. You will need to be an excellent communicator, technically minded and enthusiastic person to join our company.

This role is an entry level position and full training will be provided. This role has a direct career development path to become one of our specialist consultants with an earning potential in excess of £50,000pa.

This role would suit an ambitious individual wanting to join an established company going through an exciting phase in their growth. You will receive a starting salary to £18,000 basic + commission + car parking + pension + healthcare

The role

This opportunity will be primarily working within the technology/engineering sector where your role would have varied responsibilities inclusive of candidate attraction via a variety of media such as internet/job board search, networking techniques. The role will require full candidate management throughout the recruitment process from selection to offer management.

The candidate will receive full induction programme and ongoing training incorporating all aspects of the recruitment lifecycle from a market leading team of consultants.

Experience

Ideally you will be degree qualified or have relevant HNC, GNVQ experience and have a technical background. This role would suit a graduate who has a flair for engineering and wants to combine that with the rewards that sales can provide!
