A Fantastic opportunity for a HR Manager to oversee the Human Resources department.
As HR Manager you will ideally have a hotel operations background and a strong understanding of the whole process within a 4/5 star hotel environment.
The role is based on developing and implementing strategies to create a sustainable high performance people culture and providing and operational support to the Executive team.

We are looking for a HR Manager with personality and drive. You will work with a team of 300+ and so will need to be an excellent communicator and highly organised.
You will be up to date with all HR related legal requirements and procedures, and have a good understanding of training and hotel operations.
