My well established and expanding client recruit construction professionals into construction roles - blue and white collar. They have a number of new areas that they wish to expand the business into and so are looking for recruitment professionals across all their offices in the Midlands - Derby, Nottingham, Lecistershire and Northampton.
We are looking for candidates with the ability to learn and with prior recruitment experience - any sector. You must be highly motivated, tenacious, resilient, confident and above all hard working!
You can look forward to promotion to management from trainee recruitment consultant within 2.5 - 3 years and a great working environment.
The commission structure is excellent with no threshold and up to 20% of billings + a generous basic salary.
