We are looking for motivated, driven recruitment consultants who are looking to establish themselves with a market leader. Previous recruitment experience is desirable, however this can be from any sector as you will be given extensive training in your new role.

Currently we have openings within our education division which is a very fast paced section placing SEN teachers within temporary interim assignments, its a warm desk and you will need to be capable of hitting the ground running from day one. Experience within this sector would be a distinct bonus, alternatively experience running a very busy temp desk with volume requirements.

In addition we require an experienced consultant to take over a warm desk of our thriving Occupational Therapy team, focusing on Locum placements, so you must be comfortable working in a fast paced environment as you will be managing Locum's from day one, and the potential to grow your business is only limited by your desire and motivation. Sugarman Medical has been established for 25 years, and has strong contractual relationships with the NHS Trust in the UK as sole suppliers of Locum Occupational Therapist's, Physiotherapist's and Speech & Language Therapist's to SW London, and are preferred suppliers to the rest of London in addition to working with local councils and the private sector which is a growth area for the group.
