We are currently seeking an experienced TEMP / INTERIM recruiter to take over and run a RED HOT DESK within our highly successful education team.

The present consultant is heading back to Australia, having built an enviable and highly lucrative client base, not to mention a fully compliant and immediately available candidate list.

As you will be taking over existing red hot clients and growing new business we envisage the ideal candidate will have the following:

360 degree recruitment experience
A warm professional approach to instil client confidence in your ability to supply interim cover within Special Educational Needs, a vulnerable client group who deserve the best possible service.
Your standards will be high and you will be passionate about your work.
You will have a solid career history to demonstrate commitment and staying power
You will be highly sales orientated - an iron fist in a velvet glove accurately describes one of the most important traits we are looking for.
