Due to increased business levels my clients urgently require an additional Recruitment Consultant to run a Secondary desk covering the Yorkshire area from their thriving Sheffield offices.

This is a warm desk with active clients and candidates so you must be able to hit the ground running to maintain high service levels.

You will be an experienced Recruitment Consultant, with ideally a minimum of 12 – 18 months temp recruitment experience and although previous educational experience would be an advantage it is not essential, as a recruiter from alternative professional sectors will be seriously considered. .

As a Recruitment Consultant you must be capable of performing a 360 role as although this is a warm desk further development is always crucial to maintain viability. You must demonstrate an ability to build professional relationships at all levels and have an excellent working attitude with a great desire to succeed.
