An exciting opportunity has arisen within Faststream for a Recruitment Resourcer within our specialist divisions.

Faststream Recruitment are a world leader in providing specialist recruitment solutions within the Maritime, Oil and Gas and Built Environment industries. We are looking for new talent to join our UK teams as Recruitment Resourcer.

The role of a Resourcer is very different to that of a Consultant but it is central to the efficiency of the Recruitment process and the division. It requires close working with a Recruitment Consultant and the chance to build professional relationships by networking with candidates in the industry without the added pressure of sales targets. It allows you to learn your market and industry and build a talent pool of the best industry professionals.
You will earn commission on successful candidates placed and receive bonuses on completion of meeting hiring objectives.
