My clients are an independent recruitment consultancy with offices covering the Yorkshire / Midlands and their head office in Sheffield.

Established over 10 years they have gone from strength to strength and are now a highly successful and financially viable business, specialising in engineering, technical, industrial and health & social recruitment.

They provide permanent, contract and temporary solutions to suit the needs of their clients and candidates. Candidates are thoroughly screened and one to one interviews are conducted to ensure that potential employees are suitable to be put forward to their clients.

The strong relationships they have built have led them to become one of the most trusted recruitment consultancies within their specialist markets; they provide excellent customer service, reliability and honesty to all their users.

As a company they value their team of Recruitment Consultants and provide ongoing training to ensure they are able to advise clients credibly and maintain a sharp edge against their competitors. Due to the success of the business, they are now looking to launch a commercial division to bolt on to the other services for their clients.

You will be an experienced Recruitment Consultant and will have a background in office services / sales recruitment.

A consultant who is able to bring a specialised area within these sectors would be of great interest. You may be from a temporary or permanent background.

Although there will be various leads and contacts to work with, business development is an essential element of your role and as such you will be keen to get on the phone and build your client base.

A focused mindset is essential; you will be enthusiastic about making money and will be highly driven. A strong communicator, you will establish firm relationships with clients and candidates and will be able to maintain the high levels of customer service they are accustomed to.

As a Recruitment Consultant you will be able to work autonomously within this 360 role and will require little support to conduct your day to day business. With sound sector knowledge, you will be able to provide relevant career advice with confidence and will be able to interact positively with clients and candidates at all levels. On the whole, you must be a hard working individual with a positive outlook and bright personality who enjoys working within a fast paced and varied environment.
