My Client is an established Retail Recruitment agency with multiple locations strategically placed across the UK. Since their inception they have grown steadily to become one of the major players in the Retail Recruitment market place. They are a professional business offering an intelligent, bespoke, quality-driven service to many of the UK's largest and most well-known retailers and have built a loyal and committed client base.

With continuous growth and on-going search for new talent to join them, they are now recruiting a couple of Consultants for their London offices, which are unsurprisingly located in the centre of ‘retail heaven’.

As with all recruitment roles these require someone who is both sales and service focused. Although they have a Client base that is ‘mouth-watering’ you will not be handed the prestigious Clients on a plate.

The successful Candidate will have proven track record of at least 2 years sales success within recruitment (not necessarily Retail, it can be within Sales, Marketing or even HR) and billing on average £10K per month. You will take a very targeted approach, concentrating on focused sales development and candidate attraction through all the normal methods as well as headhunting or referrals.

You will be an experienced Consultant with extensive background and have excellent brand awareness, gravitas and credibility as well as a proven billing history and a demonstrable consultative approach. You will be highly professional, driven, and eager to learn and progress, as this company offers fantastic opportunity for your long-term career.

Basic salary up to £30K depending upon experience plus an excellent commission structure.
