Position: Trainee Recruitment Consultant – Financial Recruitment
Salary: £20K Basic with £45K Realistic OTE

Overview:

We are looking for driven, money motivated graduates who are looking for a career in recruitment. Our client is a highly professional recruitment business that specialises in the Finance and Corporate Governance sectors.

The Company & Role:

Our client work with a wide range of clients from the Finance sector placing experienced professionals into Banking Roles, Risk Management Jobs, Internal Audit, Credit Risk Management and IT. They are incredibly focused on building long term relationships with both clients and candidates, meaning they are not a hard-core sales focused recruitment firm. They are proactive and driven whilst taking a very consultative approach to their business.

As a trainee recruitment consultant you will use your sales and networking skills to contact potential clients and then find them the best candidates to meet their needs. You will be responsible for the whole interview process, giving feedback, selling candidates to clients and vice versa. Then you will be negotiating to close the best deal for the client and candidate alike.
