The type of individual who will be best suited to this role would be one who has gained a minimum of one years experience in a recruitment environment (regardless of sector) and one looking for an opportunity to expand and develop their career and earning potential.

You should have great communication skills, personality and drive, with a flair for negotiating and persuasion. You must have a positive attitude and a willingness to learn, be motivated and driven to succeed. Although recruitment is very much driven by the individual, you should also be someone who is happy and thrives working in a team.

The rewards are vast and we have built a reward scheme for all levels of attainment, with an industry leading commission scheme. Commission starts at 10% of GP and grows to 20% after £10k; 30% after £20k and 40% after £40k!! Our philosophy is to pay the best packages for the best people.
