Recruitment Resourcer

My client is looking for a new Recruitment Resourcer to join their expanding IT specialist recruitment company. The Recruitment Resourcer will work closely with the consultants and client managers to fully understand their client’s needs in order to find the most suitable candidates available. You should have experience of using Job Boards as you will be resourcing and matching to job specs on a daily basis. You should be a good communicator, both written and verbally as you will be writing adverts and interviewing/screening any appropriate candidates thoroughly. The Recruitment Resourcer will need to be a highly organised team player who is energetic and confident and with a hard working attitude. You will be provided with all the training necessary and the position offers fantastic career growth and progression.

The Recruitment Resourcer benefits:
• £15,000 - £18,000 per annum
• OTE of £25,000 - £30,000
