Junior Recruitment Consultant

Hours 08.30 - 17.30

My client is a highly profitable temporary and permanent Consultancy focused on the expanding temporary, permanent and contract Office Support business of Milton Keynes. They are demonstrably better than their competitors and the business has grown organically from a standing start in 2003 to over £1 million gross profit in 2010-11. The organization is gearing up for its next 10 years and is looking for Consultants who really have no limit to their ambition and who possess the work ethic and determination to do what is necessary to fulfil their potential.

You will have responsibility for:

•Supporting Consultants to maximise revenue streams
•Maximising sales opportunities for the Consultants from existing and prospective candidates and clients through pro-active lead generation
•Resourcing candidates via social media streams and traditional methods
•Systematically developing nurturing new potential business for consultants to call
