Recruitment Sales Manager (Manufacturing & Logistics)

Location: Based Herts/South East

Contract Post with possibilty of Perm position

Our Client:

A leading independent recruitment consultancy with a medium sized branch network, encompassing branches in Kent, Essex, North London and Herts supplying into the manufacturing and logistics sector. A well established recruitment business with low staff turnover and a reputation for delivering fast and effective recruitment solutions within their specialist field.

Job description:

To maintain and develop the overall sales strategy of the business. Acting as the focal point for a network of branches to identify and secure new business opportunities throughout various regions by working closely with them to identify prospects and to promote the company as a provider of recruitment services into the manufacturing & logistics sector.

Understanding the current market and generating a pipeline of prospects, cold calling, arranging client visits and presenting to them at managerial level. Working with market intelligence to understand and identify any PSL or tender opportunities.

Negotiating client rates, SLA's and KPI's.

Planning the overall sales function of the company and looking at sales strategies to be implemented to fully facilitate branch and business requirements.

Working closely with the Director to facilitate sales activity and set objectives as well as working to achieve personal set sales targets.

Essential Requirements:

* Minimum 18 months recruitment experience within industrial/driving recruitment
* Steady career history
* Proven track record in new business development
* Highly motivated and pro-active in approach
* Ability to work in a fast moving environment at senior level
* Experience of meeting and negotiating with clients
* Ability to plan and organise sales diary
* Looking to substantially increase earning potential
