Capita are looking for an established Recruiting Professional to join our Veredus division based from our London offices.

Veredus provide a range of services to help public and private clients develop their leadership capability and capacity. These include: Executive Search and Selection, Interim Management and Assessment and Development

We are looking for a Recruitment Consultant experienced in placing candidates at a senior level into thePublic Sector.

The purpose of this role is to take full responsibility for the development of opportunities within the health sector through building key client and candidate relationships and to successfully deliver Interim Management assignments from conception to completion.

Duties will include:

Carry out research into agreed targeted market / sector, to identify key contacts and network to develop business relationships.
Build profile of VEIM in the defined market place through attendance at appropriate seminars / workshops / conferences.
Take the lead in proposal, tender and presentation documents
Take a lead in sales presentations to clients and client meetings.
Proactively develop opportunities to cross-sell other Veredus products.
Develop candidate networks and identify key candidate attraction strategies.
Interview and reference candidates to assess suitability for interim roles.

To be successful in your application it is essential you have experience recruiting at a senior level in to the Public Sector, specifically Health, Education and/or Social Care. Experience placing interim candidates or contractors within this field is also desirable.

Other skills include:

Excellent verbal communication skills, ability to liaise with all levels of seniority - both internally and externally.
Good written communication skills, able to draft letters and other documents.
Numerate and computer literate, able to master recruitment and accounts packages quickly and efficiently.
Able to contribute to the development and improvement of systems, procedures and ways of working.
Considers the commercial, financial implications of everything they do in terms of past, current and future work.
