Randstad are recruiting for a Key Account Coordinator who is able to deliver a very high level of customer service to our high volume clients.
You will be responsible for recruiting temporary social workers across a variety of key clients, ensuring you are meeting service level agreements whilst managing and developing your accounts. There is no greater feeling that finding jobs for people and candidates for clients. It is hard work, but so much fun and so rewarding!
Previous account management or customer service experience essential
Previous experience of managing client relationships
Experience of succeeding in a highly pressurised environment
Current full driving licence
Ability to increase market share within an existing business
Ability to build and maintain strong lasting relationships
Thrives working in a fast paced environment
Passion for achieving consistent results
Can deliver a very high level of customer service
Can communicate with people at all levels
Self motivated and positive 'can do' attitude

Normal working week is 40 hours Monday to Friday, between 8:30am and 5:30pm
