We work with a variety of Headhunting firms across Central London, providing exceptional candidates access to some of most lucrative Headhunting careers available.

Working with us gives you a much higher chance of securing a Headhunting role; as an interview with 1st Place Graduate Recruitment acts as the first stage interview for a number of different companies. We then put you forward for face to face interviews with our clients and support you throughout the remainder of the interview process, fully preparing you at every stage and giving you the inside line of what our client is looking for.

We are looking for Graduates that are not afraid of hard work as these are challenging roles; however your drive and determination will be reflected in your remuneration package and career progression. Along with a competitive basic salary (18-22k) you can typically expect your OTE to reach 35k in your 1st year rising to 60k in your 2nd year. In addition to this other bonuses and incentives are available such as executive lunches and all expenses paid trips abroad.

To be successful in Headhunting you will need to be:

A Graduate or graduating in 2012
Hard working and determined

A strong communicator
A relationship builder
Resilient
Looking for a long term career in Headhunting If you are successful in securing a role you can expect to receive comprehensive training; learning internally from Managing Directors and Senior Managers who have been in the profession for years and know the industry inside out, as well as externally from training professionals.

Typically you could be managing your own team within 2 years although this could be sooner as your career progression is only limited by your determination and drive.
