Award Winning Recruitment Firm seeks Graduate Trainees

Location: Central London

Basic Salary: £18,000 to £23,000

Earning potential: 1st Year OTE £45,000+
2nd Year OTE £75,000+
3rd Year onwards OTE £100,000+

The Company
My client is a multi-award winning Recruitment Consultancy specialising in recruiting into the Renewable Energy and Oil & Gas industries. They wish to expand their current team and have a number of vacancies for high calibre graduates.

The Person
Successful candidates will have a good academic background and will be focused on gaining a foothold in the Recruitment Industry where there is the opportunity for rapid career progression as well as significant earning potential within the first 12 months and beyond. You must be hardworking and determined with a strong motivation to make a lot of money.

Training
Extensive training is given to all successful applicants. This includes classroom based exercises in addition to ‘on the job’ one-on-one tuition with directors, managers, senior consultants and your own mentor.

The Role
Trainee Recruitment Consultants will be expected to do the following:

• Review candidates received from advertising / referrals.
• Conduct interviews with candidates.
• Obtain job requirements from clients.
• Shortlist and present candidates to clients.
• Proactively source new clients.
• Headhunt prospective candidates.
