Pertemps Recruitment Partnership has been growing since 1961 and is looking for a temporary Branch Administrator in the Leicester Office. Employing nearly 1000 permanent staff and payrolling in excess of 20,000 flexible workers per week, wouldn't you like to be part of us?
Hours of work:
Full Time: 9.00am - 5.30pm Monday to Friday - Salary: £7.20ph
As an Administrator you will:
Greet candidates on the front desk & screen
Enter applications accurately onto the in-house system
Prepare and process payroll on a weekly basis to ensure deadlines are met and all temporary workers are paid on time
Ensure all temporary workers paperwork is completed correctly
Chase references on all temporary workers
Ensure terms of business are sent out and recorded on the in-house system for all clients
Ensure files are up to date for audit purposes
Deal with incoming and outgoing post
Update Window Display weekly
Deal with queries regarding payroll issues, holiday entitlements, applications, credit control
To be successful you must be conversant with Microsoft packages and be able to work within a friendly but pressurised work environment. Previous administration and customer service experience would be beneficial, however graduate applications welcome. We also require excellent organisation skills, a friendly outlook and the ability to work to deadlines.
