An established Recruitment brand with circa 100 offices in approx 60 locations throughout the UK. They recruit across all sectors and all levels for both permanent and temporary positions. They are sole / preferred supplier to many organisations from blue chip to SME. Their track record of success is very impressive and has seen them grow year on year. They have their own training school and all employees undergo comprehensive and continuous training at all levels from trainee through to Manager.
They are looking to appoint an experienced full 360 Recruitment Consultant to join their Sales Divisions based out of their Leeds, Newcastle, Manchester and Watford offices. You will be responsible for recruiting permanent sales professionals from entry level through to Sales Director level across all industry sectors. As you will be working for an established brand, you will have the added benefit of an already established division & clients, opportunity to cross sell between all their company divisions / branches and a national accounts team who will provide you with vacancies. As you would expect from an established and enviable brand you will have all the tools at your disposal to become a great success.
They will provide ongoing training both in the sector (for those transferring from a different discipline) but also to help develop recruitment skills in general. This allows for you to develop and have a clear plan for progression into management or elsewhere within their business.
Ideally you will have permanent full life cycle recruitment experience, from new business to closed sale. You will have excellent sourcing skills (headhunting would be an advantage) to identify and build relationships with candidates but also be able to generate new business and build a client base. This sector is ?soft skill? based and requires people who can see past a qualification or a vertical market and recruit individuals based on personality, sales skills and achievements. Cvs rarely give this information away so it?s about speaking to candidates, conducting really in-depth interviews and building relationships so that you get to the bottom of targets, achievements and how someone performs their job on a day to day basis.
You will be a target-driven and self motivated individual that is looking for a long term career. Excellent questioning skills are essential as is a strong sales ability. Relationships are the key to their business so you will be a real people person but with a strong enough personality to have both your clients and your candidates as sales people.
