Recruitment Consultant required
The successful applicant will enjoy an excellent basic salary plus uncapped commission, OTE of £35,000 per annum
Duties include:-
Developing relationships with employers and learners to achieve monthly targets
Proactively calling hot, warm prospective apprentices using a variety of channels
Responsible for ensuring prospective apprentices are eligible for funded programmes suitable for employment
Attending events to support the recruitment process
Generating apprenticeship starts
Previous sales experience of working to target essential.
