Trainee Headhunter Executive

Challenging but rewarding Junior Headhunter roles

Basic: £20k-£24k + 1st Year OTE £35k-£50k + Incentive Scheme

My client is a leading provider of recruitment solutions to global financial, marketing, media and business institutions across Europe, Asia and USA. They are looking for exceptional candidates to join at a junior headhunter level in their City office as well as their regional and international offices.

They work with a diverse range of clients that recruit into a number of lucrative markets including: Corporate and Consultancy, Emerging Markets, Renewable Energy, Media Executives, Investment Banking, Risk, Legal, Oil & Gas, Digital Marketing, Hedge Funds, Asset Management, Corporate Finance and Private Equity.

My client requires target-driven, hard-working and ambitious graduates who want to enter the fast-paced hedhunting market. You will ideally have a strong academic background and have good examples of achievement whether it is in sport or somewhere that you’ve had to show your entrepreneurial flare.

You will be provided with incredible training which gives you the opportunity to progress rapidly with the company. Successful candidates will also be rewarded with a generous uncapped commission structure which removes any boundaries from your earning potential.

You will be part of a business partly-owned and backed by a household name in the business sector. This self-made multi-millionaire has a history of spotting potential at an early stage and investing in successful enterprises.

As a Trainee Headhunter you are required to:

• Assess candidates received from advertising / referrals.
• Undertake interviews with candidates.
• Obtain job requirements from clients.
• Shortlist and present candidate to clients.
• Pitch attractive ideas.
• Headhunt prospective candidates.
