HR Manager

Barclay Meade HR are looking for an experienced HR Generalist with excellent ER (Employee Relations) experience to work with a leading organisation based in Cardiff

This is a standalone HR Manager role supporting a call centre workforce of 600.

An experienced HR Generalist you will also need to have strong experience with ER (Employee Relations) especially around Absense Management, Occupational Health, Grievance, Disciplinaries and Performance Management.

This is a standalone role with support from HR Management and HR Administration at other sites so the successful candidate will be capable of working without direct support.

A strong influencer and negotiator you will need to build strong relationships with Managers and other internal stakeholders.

Aswell as supporting and guiding Managers on Employment Law and HR policies and procedures you will also be fully involved with the implementation of HR strategy.
