My clients are a reputable recruitment consultancy with a recognised name for outstanding performance and service. Recruiting for various sectors from IT through to Engineering they are well equipped to service the needs of their clients. With their office based in Birmingham they have developed a strong client portfolio and have become a major supplier of contract, permanent and temporary staff. Having developed their team internally an opportunity has become available for a ambitious and motivated graduate/sales professional to join their organisation.

Daily tasks will include developing new business, maintaining and building stronger relationships and working to set targets. Excellent communication skills are essential as you will have to be able to confidently sell your sector. Maximising opportunities and achieving results will be of second nature to the right candidate. You will be offered mentoring and training but will manage your own workload.

In return you will be offered an excellent starting salary and an uncapped commission structure.
