The position for HR Advisor in Godalming is no longer available
Our client, who are based in Godalming, are looking for an experienced HR Advisor to join their busy HR office. The role is to provide a comprehensive HR service to their clients, who choose to outsource their HR requirements.
The role is to deliver a consistent international HR service by providing advice and guidance on a full range of HR activities for both the UK and abroad.
Duties will include assisting the HR Manager in delivering support in appraisals, annual salary reviews and disciplinary, grievance cases, management of client payrolls and recruitment.
There will be a lot of interaction with their overseas clients and therefore HR experience within an International or Shared Service environment is advantageous, but more importantly is solid advisory level experience of 3-5 years in a client facing role.
You will need to be able to demonstrate that you've worked in a highly professional environment and have excellent organisation, multi-tasking and prioritisation skills, along with being able to work to tight deadlines and with changing priorities.
The ideal candidates will be a confident communicator, who is a team-player, but also able to work on their own initiative, preferably with a CIPD qualification.
